Shift Manager

Description: Must teach, coach and mentor a restaurant staff to achieve high success in delivering Quality Products, Excellent Service and impecible cleanliness by controlling PEOPLE, PRODUCT and EQUIPMENT to deliver optimum business results. Food Preparation
Hours: 5am to 3pm

Description: Prepares raw and finsihed products for use in the production or sale. Enforces high levels of quality, prodcut rotation and cleanliness. Aids in transition of restaurant during breakfast to lunch menu by controlling product waste and cleaning of utensils. Ensures areas remain stocked with sufficent supplies during operating hours; permitting staff to focus on the customer. Must Smile and have a helpful attitude; willing to work as part of a team and a strong ability to clean. Will train any positive individual for the position; with significant opportunities for growth.
