Customer Service
Hours: 4AM - 1AM
Pay: $7.02 Minimum Start
Description: A member of our customer service team is responsible for taking and filling guest's orders both for the dining area as well as the drive-thru. As a service person you will greet each guest, listen to their order and enter it into our electronic point-of-sale computer. You will then collect payment and begin preparing drink and dessert requests, followed by the completion of the order with the gathering of sandwiches and fries. All of this must happen in less than 2 minutes. A Customer Service member must have excellent personal appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to take and fill guest's orders in a rapid, accurate manner.

Food Preparation

Description: A member of our food preparation team responsible for the fast and efficient preparation and assembly of all of our world-famous food products served during both breakfast and lunch. There are over 6 key positions within the food preparation area, all necessary in order to prepare and deliver all of our products. Computers are used not only to display the orders from the service area that are needed, but also to accurately cook and toast the components of our menu. Preparing a sandwich must be completed in less than 40 seconds!
