Expanded Medical/Dental/Vision and Prescription coverage through the McDonald's Insurance Program. Hill Seven LLC will pay 50% of the premium for the Employee Only Basic Plan. There is no waiting period, however you must sign up within 45 days of hire or you will have to wait for the annual open enrollment period.

Every employee will receive a free meal each day they work.

Most companies require you to provide your own uniforms, but not at McDonald's. You will be given at least 2(two) complete uniforms.

You can customize your work schedule around your other responsabilities. Our crew schedule is completed every week at least 4 days in advance.

Each crew person and hourly management receives a wage/performance review every 6 months, in January and July.
