• Crew Medical Insurance

  Expanded Medical/Dental/Vision and Prescription coverage through the McDonald's Insurance Program. Clara Corporation will pay 50% of the premium for the Employee Only Basic Plan. There is no waiting period, however you must sign up within 45 days of hire or you will have to wait for the annual open enrollment period.

• McResource-Employee Assistance

  You can speak to a McResource Line consultant about any issues in your daily life, including credit counseling, child care, housing, education, legal, homework, health and nutrition, financial, elderly care and more!
