You can determine how much money you make at McDonald's. The more you learn the more you earn. Most of our managers and staff began as a crew person.
- Crew Insurance Program
Expanded Medical/Dental/Vision and Prescription coverage through the McDonald's Insurance Program. Our company will pay 50% of the premium for the Employee Only Basic Plan. There is no waiting period, however you must sign up within 45 days of hire or you will have to wait for the annual open enrollment period.
- McResource-Employee Assistance
You can speak to a McResource line consultant about any issues in your daily life, including credit counseling, child care, housing, education, legal, homework, health and nutrition, financial, elderly care and more
- Education/Scholarships
Local Ronald McDonald House Charities, with support from RMHC Global, offer scholarships to students from communities who face limited access to educational and carrier opportunities
- Flexible Schedules
You can customize your work schedule around you other responsibilities. Our crew schedule is completed every week at least 4 days in advance
- Regular Wage Reviews
Each crew person and hourly management receives a wage/performance review every 6 months, in April and October
- Vacation
We are one of the few quick service restaurants that offer vacation to all of our full time employees. Vacation is available after 1 year of continual employment.
